Horse and Carriage

This picture is in the centre of Melbourne. The two horses are waiting passengers and are tied up to the side of the road.. There is a tram in the background and the light highlighting the church in the background.

HI Kay, thanks for your lovely comment on my blog. I enjoyed looking at your work tonight as I have not seen many artists with a style like yours. The colours are lovely and soft and gentle and your pieces have a nice dreamy atmosphere to them. I was actually suprised you didn't have more comments! do you ever submit topics for illustration friday?

Hi Kay, Nice to meet you, thank you for the kind words on my work. Its great to meet a pastel artist, your work is lovely - On The Way To The Beach - caught my eye not only with your use of color but the impressionistic style. I like the purple path!

HI Kay, glad you like the flowers, there is an art store in Perth where you can get round canvasses, so I had to try that format! Plus they are not too huge, so they don't take too long to do. I used acrylics, variety of brush sizes.
Glad you have joined Illustration Friday, I have found it quite encouraging and it keeps motivating you to do a weekly topic, sometimes you have to stretch your mind a bit to come up with something. This week's topic is sail but i still have to do my contribution. Look forward to seeing more of your work :)

Hi Kay, You will enjoy blogging as I see you have figured out. You get to meet artists that you would never in a life time have contact with. I will stop by to see your updates.
