Universal Studios

This painting was inspired by a trip that we took to America nearly 10 years ago. We visited Florida and were lucky enough to visit a number of theme parks whilst we were there.

I was at a loose end about what to paint and was attracted to the darks and lights in the photo reference.

Hi Kay - I like the figures on the left, well defined. Bet it was a great trip. I have not been to Florida in years and most likely it will still be a few more.

Hi Kay!
The darks and lights are wonderful adding depth to your painting.
I agree with what Holley said about the figures on the left.

Thanks for you great comments on my blog. I'm still smiling about the "drowning" comment.
